Get to know you
Like any great relationship, we want to get to know you first. Find out who you are. What you like. And dislike. Who your customers are. And who you would like them to be. We call them customer personas – and you may have one or many that you need to target in order to grow your business.
Assess your digital presence
We then take a look at your online presence, your current content and your website, assessing how well it performs before making recommendations, using qualitative and quantitative data, about how it could work harder for you.
Website design and technical SEO
We take a belts and braces approach to our work with our clients: we address the fundamentals such as website design and technical SEO (search engine optimisation) long before we recommend you spend any money on, for example, paid social. After all, what would be the point in driving traffic back to a poorly optimised site?
So we make sure that all your images contain alt tags. That your copy has H1 and H2 headers. And that your meta data is original and relevant. Amongst scores of other checklists.

From here, it’s all about content. ‘Content is King’, according to Microsoft founder and digital pioneer, Bill Gates. Writing in an essay published on the Microsoft website as long ago as January 1996, he predicted that
